As a <user> I want <a responsive site> so that <I can view the site on any device>.

This is a major issue that will require a full review of all of the UI. We need to Review each component and make sure it is appropriately responsive to various screen sizes.

This is not an area I am very familiar with, so I'm sure there are some guidelines on how to approach this effectively.

I will add issues to this epic so that we can tackle responsiveness in chunks, focusing on the overall layout, then each major view, and each component within each view.

Start by reviewing the site's UI components and overall layout, then identify the major views and components that need responsive treatment. Break the work into smaller issues by layout, view, and component, using responsive design guidelines to define the expected behavior across screen sizes.
