From Sanjeev on Slack:
> Unfortunately, on saving the data the error message "There was a problem with the server. Please check your internet connection and try again." reappeared again and perhaps other people are also seeing it. It goes away after a hard reload of the page, but comes back after a while. Although it does save the data.
