Description
In https://github.com/cursor/plugins/pull/300 Unslop skill was changed to prevent automatic use by agents.
disable-model-invocation: true
I'm a bit confused by this change since it says:
description: Cut AI tells from any writing. Must always apply.
This seems like a contradiction, no? Description says that it must always apply, but then agents are not allowed to automatically use it? Why wouldn't you want agents to always follow this rule?

Research direction
Review pull request #300 and the Unslop skill metadata, focusing on the disable-model-invocation setting and its description. Compare the stated invocation behavior with the wording about always applying the skill. Done means the configuration and description clearly communicate the intended behavior, or the contradiction is explicitly resolved.
