Description
Hi, I'd like my agent to use the .cursor directory and the AGENTS.md; but don't want it to use the local directory for any work.
E.g. if I connect it to a github MCP and I ask it "What does X repo do", it shouldn't grep from the local repository it's running in.

The issue mentions the .cursor directory, AGENTS.md, and a GitHub MCP connection; start by locating the configuration or documentation that controls agent filesystem access.
