Description

I like the way you abstracted the binding module from backbone.js. Couple of question though:
1. Does model.js has observables?
2. Is it a two way data binding?
3. How can we add throttle functionality from UnderscoreJS or RxJs?

Research direction

The issue names model.js, the binding module, Backbone.js, UnderscoreJS, and RxJs. Read model.js first to determine whether observables and two-way binding are already present, then compare the requested throttle behavior with the cited libraries. Since no concrete acceptance criteria or test is given, confirm the scope and expected behavior before implementation.
