Extension not working completely in Cursor v3.17.19

Cucumber extension features not working in Cursor. I'm unable to get highlighting, formatting menu, Test run in the feature file gutter or any other feature to really work inside Cursor.

Is anyone having luck with this extension in Cursor? Inside VSCode it works well. I've tried using this with C#, DotRush, Resharper.

Using C# Dev Tools (jakubkozera) seems to allow the Test Run gutter icons to show, but that's about it.

What am I missing?
