Report view for skipped scenarios (Tag filter)

### 🤔 What's the problem you're trying to solve?

Previously. Using the html-formatter. The report would produce reports that contained skipped scenarios (tag expressions).

These reports would then show the scenario name and steps but greyed out, with no more information

With the latest release of the html-formatter. The report does not produce any reference to items ommitted using tag expressions

Unsure. But the old format I preferred personally
