Option to omit header with execution metadata

### 🤔 What's the problem you're trying to solve?

Upgrading from 7.2 to 7.3 of cuke jvm I find that the html report has changed to include a fat header including the factors mentioned in the title of this request.

I don't want to see those detail but I can't see a switch to turn them off.

A cfg switch to turn off the version row in the summary table.
