Provider detail info abount log msg type: add log level to message params in logging API

current I write one simple cube.js logger extension with `graylog` .but cube.js logger msg has too many. not better for

maybe provide some doc about different `msg type`. especially `msg type` belong to which lifecycle of cube.js
