Flashing category names when expanding/collapsing

Ideally the label itself should not be flashing since it stays on screen the whole time, e.g. when clicking the dropdown for 'Legs' the word 'Legs' shouldn't have any fade-out/fade-in animation applied to it since it never disappears from the screen

Reproduce the issue by expanding and collapsing a category such as “Legs” in the SwiftUI app, then locate the view responsible for rendering the category label and dropdown. Done means the category name remains visually stable while only the content that appears or disappears is animated.
