Low Prio: Pressing 'Reset' in filter UI applies the reset before user presses 'Apply Filters'

I think making apply filters always clickable makes sense, users can just click 'reset' and then 'apply filters' if they want to reset back to the standard feed. Current implementation requires users to click reset and then scroll out without clicking 'apply filters' (disabled) to see changes, which is slightly unintuitive.
