READ ME: Frequent things that do not need to be opened as issues

Issues are primarily meant for problems that reside in code, and not deployment-specific issues.

This includes:
- Navigation bar items (configurable by admins in settings by admins)
- Who can post news (configurable through environment variables)
- Adding sponsors (configurable in settings)

The site is designed around not having hard-coded data, so most (if not all) content is editable by users (with permissions). If you want things like these changed, contact digIT.
