Show last deleted accounts along with what official clients they approve

Description
With the purpose for the administrator to ensure that all data is deleted across the official clients that the deleted user previously approved.
We need to be clear that we store information after the user deletes their account for 90 days. The administrator can delete the information when they are sure everything has been deleted.
I think we just need user id and the cid, along with the uids of the clients.
