Notice: Request to CTF Organizers and CTF participants

This concerns CTF organizers reading or making use of this repo: This and following repositories try to provide most descriptions, files and writeups of challenges of each CTF in a given year. To provide descriptions and files of every challenge, we try to collect everything needed whilst a CTF is running.

However, sometimes we miss collecting content. To avoid this, we ask CTF organizers to either host the CTF and therefore provide the content beyond the CTF's scheduled time frame or provide the challenges in an archived form (e.g. `tar` or `zip`, preferred compressed).

Additionally, we ask CTF participants to help us collect and provide the necessary content and help us maintain the repository - see [this issue](https://github.com/ctfs/write-ups-2015/issues/376).
