Related to #14 and #23
How in the DB/API can we handle selective archival of certain objects to cold storage, such as LTO or docked HDDs?
If we are merely backing up in this way it is fairly easy, just run minio in front of it and configure replication at the bucket level.
Is perhaps the way to enable this to setup a way to copy/move objects from one bucket to another?
