Failed to flash TP24 plugs

Hi,

Had a batch of 2 TP24 plugs from Aliexpress recently, they flashed fine OTA. Just got another batch through of 4, only 1 flashed and the other 3 won't. I noticed that the only difference between the plugs is that the name and model number are now over 2 lines rather than printed on one line as before. The plugs with it over 2 lines will not flash. Logs show it can not decrypt or bad mac. I've attached the log that only had errors in.

I'm new to this, but assuming they've patched the plugs or changed the PSK? I have not linked it using the SmartLife app yet, but will do, so if there is any info you need to look into this more let me know. I'm familiar with wireshark etc for capturing traffic.
