AP vtrust-flash never come up again after ubuntu sleep/reboot

Description
I have a fresh installation of ubuntu 18.04.3 desktop on my laptop. I am able to flash one of smart plug to tasmota.
However after ubuntu went to sleep mode and when I tried to flash more, the AP vtrust-flash never come up. Tried reboot ubuntu, reboot cellphone, tried different cellphone, still no AP.
searched up https://github.com/ct-Open-Source/tuya-convert/issues/172, tried to kill wpa_supplicant and start again, still no AP.
