Description
What is the difference between this and [normalize.css](https://github.com/csstools/normalize.css)?
In the readme, we see
> sanitize.css is developed alongside [normalize.css](https://github.com/csstools/normalize.css), which means every normalization is included, and every normalization and opinion are clearly marked and documented.
Does this mean that `sanitize.css` is a superset of normalize.css? Is `sanitize.css` opinionated, whereas `normalize.css` is not?
