get error msg in Micro-frontend environment: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'cssRules')

Reproduce switching back to a micro app and start with the reported stack in jss.esm.js, especially getValidRuleInsertionIndex and DomRenderer, then follow the makeStyles.js attach path used by FiTable. Done means the switch-back flow no longer throws when reading cssRules and the micro apps remain usable.
