Create *detailed view* for story prompts

- When an individual story prompt is expanded to view or edit, each story prompt must include the following information:
- Prompt ID
- Date created
- Topic
- Story prompt title - this is the title visible to users in the app
- Story prompt description - this is the description visible to users in the app
- **Story prompt questions - this is the questions users respond to during the story submission process; should be able to add, edit, delete, or move order of these
questions**
- **Status (active or inactive)**
- **Record of dates when prompt was active**

Start with the linked screenshots and inspect the existing story-prompt admin flow to locate the detailed view and edit entry point. Done means the view shows all listed prompt metadata, supports adding, editing, deleting, and reordering questions, and handles active/inactive status with a record of activation dates.
