Other trigger sources than Twitch interactions

The "Feature System" in the current form only allows features been triggered by interaction from the Twitch API.

In future it would be nice to have it possible to trigger features from somewhere else. For example many streamers also get donations from PayPal or are funded by Patreon supporters. It could be also nice to have features triggered by Twitter or other social media posts. When somebody buys something in a merchandise shop could also trigger a feature.

I suggest to extend the "Feature System" to be triggered by other than the Twitch API and as a next step also to allow triggering from multiple trigger sources.
