Track historical to predict amount/time remaining

By tracking historical usage and weather, and correlating with average usage, and weather forecast to determine need in the immediate future, give an estimate of how much more "heating time" is left, which can be part of an alert. For example "Oil is getting low. Forecasted heating time remaining is 54 hours, or a bit more than 4 days if heating for 12 hours a day"

This could also, potentially, be integrated with smart thermostat (i.e. Nest) service to derive usage.
