Profanity and other swear words

I'm working on the Extensibility feature and I think that the profanity checker is something we would want to keep.
I've downloaded a list of English swear words that Google uses, I could include that, but, that would mean I'm putting a lot of swear words into the repo. I'm not sure on GitHub guidelines on this or what everybody else thinks of this.
I could of course add an empty file that the profanity checker uses and administrators can add new words to. Or they can be in the database.
