Create a list known FPs

There are several detectors for which we know FPs. We can create a general list that will include:
- A code snippet of the FP
- A description of how it can be improved (like `Logic improvements`, `core improvements`, `out of scope`)

Having this list will help us to orient our work on improving the detectors, and it will also help the users to navigate the results.
