Description
- [ ] Update hevm and Echidna for the execution-layer changes selected for the fork. This includes support for `SLOTNUM`, backward-compatible `SWAPN`, `DUPN` and `EXCHANGE`, and any required changes to gas accounting, refunds, ETH-transfer logs, deterministic factory behavior, contract-size limits and `SELFDESTRUCT`.
- [ ] Add fork-specific execution tests and Ethereum execution-spec conformance tests in hevm.
