Fix/archive document versions

**Describe the suggestion**
To fix a version of a pad (Presentation, Riche text...), Not editable and visible. either:
1. In the same document. That means, when you delete history, this version will not be deleted (recommended because you keep the link)
2 You create a new document which will never be editable but you can comment it. In the cas of an new document, you will need different links for different versions. Or, in this case, at the top of each document, you have the link to the current version. And in the current version, you will have the link to each document version.

You can have a current document and previous approved versions.

This will encourage to keep on CryptPad as you will manage document history.
