Cannot import .svg images into OnlyOffice documents

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create OnlyOffice document
2. Try to import image using toolbar menu
3. .svg images cannot be imported (in Document/Presentation - nothing happens, in Sheet - error modal appears saying "image URL is incorrect")
