Some fonts are not available in Diagram, using same fallback

### Description

Diagram (drawio) supports a bunch of fonts. It seems most of these fonts aren't available on non-windows® machines, like Garamond, Lucida (sans), Tahoma, etc.
These are all commercial fonts but almost all of them has free replacements.

Is there any point for me to collect replacements so they could be included or it's so not priority that I shouldn't waste time on it?

### Steps to reproduce

- Try to use any commercial fonts in Diagram and it will use the matching fallback, all the same (Noto Serif for me for example.)

Different fonts displaying different glyphs.
