Archive unrecoverable vaults (User account reset performed and Vault Recovery Key lost)

### Summary

As a user, I'd like to be able to hide unrecoverable vaults.

### System Setup

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a vault
2. Reset account
3. Select vault

### Expected Behavior

Vault can be archived in case I lost my Vault Recovery Key

### Actual Behavior

Vault can only be recovered

These vaults can only be removed via the database.
