### Summary

As a user, I'd like to be able to hide unrecoverable vaults.

### System Setup

```markdown
- Hub: 1.3.4
```

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a vault
2. Reset account
3. Select vault

### Expected Behavior

Vault can be archived in case I lost my Vault Recovery Key

### Actual Behavior

Vault can only be recovered
