Vault template generation does not create dirid.c9r

### Summary

This is the same issue as https://github.com/cryptomator/cryptomator/issues/2488. Vault temples created by hub do not contain a dirId.c9r file, thus creating a warning in the health check.

### System Setup

- Hub: 1.1.0
- Keycloak: -/-
- Cryptomator (Desktop/Android/iOS): 1.7.5
```

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create vault in hub
2. import vault in Cryptomator
3. Run health check in cryptomator

### Expected Behavior

No warning shown.

### Actual Behavior

Warning about missing dirid.c9r file shown

### Reproducibility
