Can we get an update on Document Provider for Android

### Summary

Enable Document Provider for Android

### Motivation

Last update was in February of 2024, the existing bug is open, and the issue locked and doesn't allow further comments.

I just bought Cryptomator for Android a few days ago, and was surprised this was not an option. I'm willing to wait, but I'd like to know the progress. It's tagged for 1.11, but we're up to 1.12 and it's still not there.
