Open gh releases page to tag for the currently running version

### Summary

Tapping on the version string in settings should open gh to the page with the change details

### Motivation

It's not obvious how to find the change log for the Android app from the cryptomator website, and when the app updates itself, there's no info on what changed (other than the version number).

It'd be nice if tapping on the version string opened the page for tagged release or showed a change log.
