Unable to Add OneDrive Account

### Summary

The '+' button to add a OneDrive account did not respond.

### Steps to Reproduce

Hi,
I recently purchased and downloaded Cryptomator from the Play Store. Upon opening the app for the first time, I attempted to add a new OneDrive account, but pressing the '+' button didn't trigger any action. I tried multiple times to click the button, restarted the app, force-closed it, and even cleared the app data, but nothing worked.

Interestingly, while I was writing this issue, the app suddenly displayed a list of Microsoft accounts to choose from upon launch. So the problem seemingly resolved itself.

Nevertheless, I wanted to report this anomaly in case it helps identify a potential issue with the initial setup or UI responsiveness.
