Option to Upload Photos Only While Charging

Having this option ensures that users can use the feature without worrying about battery drain.

### Considered Alternatives
- Upload photos only on Wi-Fi: This is already available but doesn't address the battery drain concern.
- Manual uploads only when charging: This requires user intervention and is less convenient.

This feature could be implemented as a toggle in the app settings, under the "Automatic Photo Upload" section, allowing users to choose between different conditions for uploads (e.g., "Only while charging", "Only on Wi-Fi", or both).
