Offline Mode for complete safe

### Summary

Cryptomator on Android: Can you add the feature of storing the complete files of an safe local.

### Motivation

If you have no data connection, it's not possible to access your files in the cloud, e.g. Dropbox or Google Drive. If you are in Offline mode and later data connection is available, sync modified files depending on the file modified timestamp.
