[UD] As a User I want to have an option to buy a .zil domain name from the Receive screen

In the Receive screen add a card (between the existing Account card and the Address card) with:
- the following text:: "_It looks like this address doesn't have a .zil domain name recorded yet._" (replaced the "that" word from the sketch prototype with the work "like" => "It looks like ...") and CTA button "_GET ONE NOW_" which opens in a new tab the partnership link: TBD

The DISMISS card option should not be implemented (logic to be added in a later iteration).
