Things I left out that I think would be nice to haves:
How is this system censorship resistant?
-briefly answered in TX fee section of 3.2
How is this system reversion resistant?
-briefly answered in end of 3.1
How does it function in an asynchronous environment
-Not really answered: Need to demonstrate an example of someone missing a bunch of blocks (e.g. going offline for some time). Then, upon receiving a new block and not having it's parent block, request the parent from peers. Can easily verify the new blocks and get back up to speed.
