The Contact Association form does not work.

### **Issue**

When trying to send a message using the "Contact Association" form located on the "Contact" page, I recieve an error, see screenshot below;

### **Severity and Urgency**

Low Severity, To Do Urgency
It should be a simple fix, so should be on the To Do list.
We must instill confidence in the project, error like this make it feel like we are not on top of things.

### **Proposed fix**

If no one monitors the e-mail or received messages, just remove the whole "Contact Association" form.
Perhaps replace it with a link to the cryptoadvance github: https://github.com/cryptoadvance

Because of the contact form not working I also question the donation button next to it. Does me donating sats with this actually direct the sats somewhere where it is supposed to go?

Start at the Contact page and reproduce the Contact Association form submission to capture the error shown in the issue screenshot. Inspect the form implementation and its submission path, then confirm whether the intended outcome is to repair the form or remove it and link to the cryptoadvance GitHub organization. Verify the related donation link only if it is part of the chosen scope.
