Downloads page shows duplicate/outdated second row of OS download cards

### **Issue**

On the [downloads page](https://specter.solutions/downloads), the top download section renders two identical rows of OS download cards (macOS, Windows, Linux).

First row: Shows the three OS cards with file sizes and link to the correct, up-to-date regular release versions.

Second row: Shows the same three OS cards but without file sizes nor version numbers, and they redirect to old v2.0.5 downloads without any warning.

Below these rows, the "Specter Releases" section lists correct versions and assets, so that part is fine.

### **Severity and Urgency**

This is Issue is High Severity and has Immediaty Urgency
This Issue could result in a user downloading the old v2.0.5 of specter-desktop and in turn be vulnerable to all the bugs and security issues not yet resolved in that version.
v2.0.5 is from May 2024, long before the strong open weight AI models from China (i.e. Kimi-K3).

### **Proposed fix**

Remove the second row entirely,

Start at the downloads page and locate the duplicated OS download card section. Remove the outdated second row while preserving the current row and the Specter Releases section, then verify that the visible cards show current versions, file sizes, and correct download links rather than v2.0.5.
