Specter HWIBridge Documentation update

Minor documentation update suggestion for:

"Step 5: In the bottom, find HWI Bridge URL, and enter there the URL of your local Specter HWIBridge"

It looks like it's no longer at the bottom of the settings page.

My suggested change would be:

Step 4: Now open the remote Specter server you wish to use and go to Settings > HWI Bridge tab
Step 5: In the HWI Bridge URL field, enter the URL...
