Specter Desktop does not load like before but the setup did not change.

**Describe the bug**
The Specter App does not load like it used to load

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Double click on Specter App on desktop bt it wont load like the last 2 years even though nothing changed from my side.

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

- Where is your node running: Raspiblitz 1.11.4
- Where is your specter running: Raspiblitz
- If you're running a binary, which OS: Windows 10 pro
- Specter Version Downloaded then newest one after the one I had did not work. But the problem stayed the same.
