UI unusable while trying to create a Bitcoin Core device

**Describe the bug**
When I am trying to add a device Bitcoin Core device using "manual configuration" the UI becomes scrambled.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Devices'
2. Click on 'Add device'
4. Scroll down to and choose "Manual configuration"
5. Choose Device Type "Bitcoin Core (hot wallet)"
6. See error
**Expected behavior**
Otherwise, when choosing "Manual Configuration", I should get a readable interface.

At first I did not get the option to choose "Bitcoin Core (hot wallet)" from the standard devices. But my connection to my node was lost after upgrading to v2.1.7 After reconnecting to my Node, I can once again choose "Bitcoin Core (hot wallet)" from the default devices.

Reproduce the issue in Devices by selecting Add device, Manual configuration, and Bitcoin Core (hot wallet) in Firefox with the reported setup. Trace the UI path responsible for that device form; done means the manual-configuration interface remains readable instead of becoming scrambled.
