Description
**Describe the bug**
Clicking on the UTXO tab on the "Wallets overview" page does not work. It flashes briefly and than keep showing the transaction history.
On a single wallet it seems to work instead.
It shouldn't show negative numbers:

- Where is your node running: Ubuntu 22.04.3
- Where is your specter running: Ubuntu 22.04.3
- Browser chrome, brave

Reproduce the issue from the Wallets overview page in Chrome or Brave, then compare the UTXO tab with the single-wallet view. Trace the Wallets overview UTXO-tab behavior and verify that it remains selected, shows UTXO data instead of transaction history, and does not display negative numbers.
