PH Doser Improvements

It would be great if you could make the following changes when you get time:

1. Add a toggle switch for the PH doser control (on/off).
2. Add text sensor value for PH doser status: Auto/Off/Dispensing

Start by inspecting the existing PH doser entities and the linked diagnostics JSON to find the integration entry points for control and status. Done means the PH doser can be switched between on and off and exposes a text status sensor reporting Auto, Off, or Dispensing.
