Description
Tested via API calls and environment variable + web client, filtering works as expected and results are N/A as expected.
Do you think it's worth adding a notification so that web client users are aware that filtering is being done at least until a proper frontend is made for this?

Research direction
Start at the GET /health entry point and inspect how server configuration options are defined and exposed. Clarify which options should appear in the health response and whether the requested web-client notification is part of this issue; done should be a documented, tested response behavior.
