[Request] Upgrade to JMC 10

Description
JMC 10 is expected this summer, so Cryostat (and cryostat-core/libcryostat) should be upgraded to use it. In the short term we should prepare an upstream feature branch that updates the dependency to JMC 10 snapshot builds and makes any required adjustments, so that once JMC 10 does land we are ready to switch immediately.
