Single-room mode and running portal directly

A mode for Cryb to work as a single-room instance, for small installations. Could also add modes like running the `@cryb/portal` script directly in a specific user instead of using Docker for performance, which can help on devices like Raspberry Pi's (if we get to optimize it well enough) while also being disposable.
