Provider - Redpanda

We'd like to start a contrib repo for our community to start collaborating on a working Crossplane Provider. We currently have a few community members who can start to contribute their existing cross plane provider to the crossplane-contrib repo.

Could you help create provider-redpanda? I am the Product Manager for the Redpanda Terraform Provider (https://github.com/redpanda-data/terraform-provider-redpanda) and am organizing this effort.

Description of the maintainer team's long term commitment to the extension

We are committed to creating a new repository named provider-redpanda, which will serve as a Crossplane provider for Repdanda Cloud. This provider will be auto-generated based on terraform-provider-redpanda. We will assign one person from Redpanda for purposes of long term commitment, and invite other community members to contribute based on their expertise with building their own Crossplane Providers for Redpanda.

Review the requested provider name, the Redpanda Cloud scope, the upjet generation approach, and the linked terraform-provider-redpanda repository. Confirm the proposed maintainer team and long-term commitment details; done means the provider-redpanda contribution repository has been established with the stated ownership and scope.
