Conditions documentation describes Reasons without describing the associated Types

### What's Wrong?
The discussion of conditions is focused on the different `Reason` values without discussing the different condition `Types` that the `Reasons` are associated with. The `Type` values of `SYNCED` and `READY` need to be described as the primary Condition attributes, with the `Reasons` listed and described underneath the `Types` that they are related to.
