Documentation on base and name field

In the example I found this comment:

```yaml
- name: bucketACL # resource name matches the one from function-go-templating setResourceNameAnnotation above, no `base` specified
```

Could you add some more documentation on `base` key, when to include it, when to omit it, and what it does exactly? Also why does the `name` field has to have the same value as in the previous step? Unfortunately I couldn't find any more documentation on these two.
